Day 2: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/ L/ D) 
After breakfast, we leave Hanoi for 3-hour drive to the Halong Bay, a natural wonder with thousands of islands rising out of the water, creating a unique and beautiful landscape. On arrival we board our traditional junk for a journey through the 3000 limestone islands dotted with caves and grottoes.
There is time for exploring the Bay at a leisure pace: swimming, relaxing and experiencing the magic of falling asleep on board in this beautiful part of the world. Sumptious Seafoo Set-Dinner on board and relax under the starlit sky before retiring to the comfort of your cabin.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (Brunch)
Early risers can enjoy a morning swim in a quite firth. After breakfast, continue enjoy cruising and swimming until time for check out procedure. The junk arrives at the quay around 11.00am. We drive back Hanoi with a stop at Dong Trieu ceramic and pottery village. 
We spend the rest of the day to visit the historical Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam dating back to 1070 and then enjoy a cyclo ride through the lively Old Quarter of Hanoi. In the early evening we will attend a performance of a traditional Water Puppet show.
Free evening at leisure and dinner on your own.
Overnight in Hanoi
Day 4: Hanoi – Hue (B)
Breakfast at hotel. A short domestic flight takes you from Hanoi to Hue, the last Imperial city of Vietnam in the Central. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
In the afternoon, we begin to see the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden City, created in the 19th century for the Emperors under Nguyen Dynasty. We then drive outskirts of Hue to the impressive tomb of King Khai Dinh. Our last stop today is the Dong Ba Market.

Day 5: Hue – Hoi An (B)
This morning we take a boat ride along the romantic Perfume River. We stop at Thien Mu Pagoda to see
the 7-storey octagonal tower and an old Austin car which transported the bonze Thich Quang to Saigon in 1963 for his self-immolation. Continue tour by drive to Minh Mang Tomb built between 1841 and 1843. The Emperor’s tomb complex consists of 40 constructions (palaces, temples, pavilions etc) designed on a symmetric axis.
We then drive southward to the charming ancient port town of Hoi An. Upon arrival, take a walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year old Tam Ky ancestral house, the Japanese Covered Bridge and the lively local markets. Free at leisure and dinner on your own.
Overnight in Hoi An
Day 6: Hoi An – Danang – Saigon (B)
In the early morning, we transfer to Danang airport for a short flight to Saigon, the Metropole of the South. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and transfer to hotel for store luggage.
We spend the rest of the day to explore city’s grand boulevards, visiting the Re-Unification Palace, the former palace of President Thieu and his predecessors. Today this building is a museum and venue for Government official receptions. Inside you can visit the President’s room. Nearby is the Central Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral, built between 1877 – 1883 and is one of the city’s major landmarks. Neo-Romanesque in form, the Cathedral is the major seat of the Catholic religion in modern Vietnam. We continue to visit the War Remains Museum, where you can learn a lot about the Vietnam War. End the day for shopping at Ben Thanh market.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 7: Mekong Delta (B/L)
After breakfast we travel out of Ho Chi Minh city and spend full day floating through waterways on an exploration of the lush Mekong Delta region. Upon arrival Cai Be province, we take a boat ride visit a
local orchard and the Cai Be floating market, an interesting style of market in the Mekong Delta. Everyday, the boats filled with fruits, vegetables and other local products anchor along the banks of the River, waiting for traders and customers. Here we can see local people being selling, buying, and exchanging goods from their boats.
Leave Cai Be, we will see the coconut candy, rise crispy cake, rice paper making workshop… continue to visit the local house and strolling on the village paths. For lunch, the local people will serve you the local delicacy - an Elephant’s-Ear fish. After that you walk around the village to sea local's daily activities if you wish. We will visit Vinh Long local market before return to Saigon in late afternoon.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 8: Cu Chi sightseeing (B)
This morning, we leave the city to visit Cu Chi tunnels. The tunnels were part of an underground network,
built by the Vietcong during the American War. It reached from the southern tip of the Ho Chi Minh trail near the Cambodian border to the Saigon River. We return to Ho Chi Minh City early afternoon. The rest of day is at leisure to relax or shop around the town.

Day 9: Saigon Departure (B)
You are free at leisure until the time transfer to the airport for departure flight.
